Wonderfully Scathing Attack on “Jargonauts”

Filed under: Arts & Entertainment, General Commentary — Shel Horowitz, Ethical Marketing Expert @ 7:19 pm

Jargonaut: noun: someone who expresses him or herself in meaningless babble. Word invented by Shel Horowitz (that’s me) as I commented on Drayton Bird’s Bird Droppings blog.

He has a fabulously funny essay about jargonauts. Go read it.

  1. Ooops–egg on my face! I should have looked before I claimed credit for inventing “jargonaut.” William Safire used it (same meaning) all the way back in 1980.
