Is Obama strategizing in his calm, cool, and collected way, and only pretending to suck up to republicans?
Is he too gentlemanly to threaten those obstructionist bozos into voting for health care reform?
In either case, he should use Rahm Emanuel.
Either that or dig up J. Edgar Hoover.
